Coverage

Service areas and the property types we work in

Coverage is confirmed per address when a request is submitted, because travel distance and access both affect whether a visit can be scheduled sensibly. This page sets out the property types the work suits.

Property types

Where this work applies

Plumbing principles do not change between property types, but access, isolation and scheduling do, which is why the property type is part of every request.

  • Houses

Detached, semi-detached and terraced properties of any age, including homes with original galvanised or early plastic pipework.

  • Apartments & condos

Individual units, including work that has to be coordinated with building management for isolation of shared risers.

  • Offices & workplaces

Washroom groups, kitchenettes, plant rooms and distribution pipework, scheduled around occupancy.

  • Hospitality & retail

Kitchens, guest bathrooms and customer washrooms where downtime directly affects trading.

  • Multi-occupancy buildings

Landlord and facilities work across several units, with clear isolation notices for building users.

  • Managed portfolios

Recurring work across multiple addresses, with records kept per property so history is not lost between visits.

Confirming coverage

How to check your address is covered

Submit a service request with the property address details and access notes. Coverage and scheduling are confirmed in the response rather than guessed from a map on a website.

  • Include the general location and any access constraints such as gated entry, restricted parking, or a unit reached through a shared area.
  • For commercial premises, note trading hours and any area that cannot lose water supply.
  • For apartments, say whether building management approval is needed to isolate a riser.
